… the progressive realization of a worthy goal or ideal – Earl Nightingale
This worthy goal is defined by us and unless our careers are moving us forward in that direction, then we must take the time to identify the changes needed otherwise, our efforts are meaningless.
Don’t aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally – David Frost
If we believe that providing for our families is a worthy goal, then so be it. If we love solving problems, then so be it. If we believe that running our homes as effectively as possible is a worthy goal, then so be it. If we love writing, then so be it.
Whatever our careers are, we must love them, believe in them, and just do them without thinking too hard about the pay back.
